Artist Requirements, Please Read

🎸 EPR PROMOTIONS

ARTIST REQUIREMENTS (BEFORE WE BEGIN)

🎯 REQUIRED MATERIALS

To begin any promotion, booking, or website work, the following must be provided:

🎧 MUSIC

  • Minimum 2 original songs

  • Acceptable formats:

    • YouTube links

    • SoundCloud, or Spotify

    • MP3 files

🎥 VIDEO (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

  • At least 1 live performance video OR performance-style video

  • YouTube link preferr

📸 PHOTOS

  • Minimum 2–3 high-quality images

  • Must be:

    • clear

    • well-lit

    • professional or performance-based

📝 BIO

  • Short artist bio (3–6 sentences)

  • Includes:

    • genre

    • location

    • style/influences

📍 BASIC INFO

  • Artist name

  • Location (City/State)

  • Genre

  • I'm sure you have an email? 

📣 FOR PROMOTION / FLYERS

To create promotional materials, you must provide:

  • Event details (date, venue, time)

  • Any specific wording (if required)

  • Logo (if applicable)

💻 FOR WEBSITE SERVICES

Before website work begins, ALL of the following must be submitted:

  • Music ✔️

  • Photos ✔️

  • Bio ✔️

  • Any additional content you want included

👉 No website work will begin without complete materials

💰 SERVICE POLICY

  • All services are paid services

  • Includes:

    • website design

    • promotional materials

    • social media promotion

🎨 DESIGN POLICY (FLYERS)

  • 1 initial design

  • Up to 2–3 revisions included

  • Additional revisions = extra fee
